Westchester County has announced the postponement of the March 19th Airport Master Plan Public Open House. It will be rescheduled in the future. Last week PEPA sent an email regarding this meeting, as well the Airport Master Plan Survey that is underway. In case you missed it, last night’s FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) & County Open House at the New Castle Community Center was well attended by local resident attendees who were most emphatic about their complaints of increased disturbances from noisy, low flying planes. The FAA made informal educational presentations about airport operations, and air traffic procedures.
