WEBB AVENUE – NEW MULTI-FAMILY BUILDING (19-1446) – Webb Avenue, Purchase, Block 603, Lot 1 – DEIS Public Scoping Session  A 150-unit rental development  proposal calls for 88 one-bedroom units, 57 two-bedroom units, and five three-bedroom units spread across a five-story building on a 9.6 wooded acres.
 
BILTMORE ESTATES @ POLLY PARK SUBDIVISION (17-1373) – Polly Park Road, Block 567, Lot 1 and Block 566, Lot 2 A – SEIS Public Scoping Session Proposal to build 21 homes on 45 wooded acres.
