PEPA's 2016 Annual Membership Meeting will be be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 5:30 PM at the Neuberger Museum of Art — Purchase College, 735 Anderson Hill Rd., Purchase, NY.
The current PEPA membership has two (2) classes, a voting class and a non-voting class, as follows:
In anticipation of the upcoming Annual Membership Meeting, it is very important that you notify PEPA which membership class you prefer. To do so, access and print the Membership Designation Form here.
Please indicate whether you desire to be a Class A Member or a Class B Member and return the form to PEPA via US MAIL as soon as possible, but not later than Monday, May 23, 2016. If you elect Class A Member status, your Membership Designation Form must be accompanied by a check for $100.00 made payable to Purchase Environmental Protective Association, Inc. Any current Member who fails to submit a Membership Designation Card will be classified as a Class B Member. A Member who elects Class A Member status but does not submit the full $100.00 payment of the 2016 annual dues amount prior to the commencement of the June 8, 2016 Annual Membership Meeting will be classified as a Class B Member until such dues payment is received.
We strongly encourage all Members to attend the June 8, 2016 Annual Membership Meeting in person. If, however, you are a Class A Member who will not be able to attend the Annual Membership Meeting in person, we strongly urge you to participate in the membership meeting by casting your vote by proxy by accessing the proxy form here.
Again we ask that you please print the Membership Designation & Proxy Forms, complete and return to PEPA (Purchase Environmental Protective Association) via U.S. Mail. The address to return the form and proxy is:

As you will note from the Proxy, you have the choice of either designating PEPA's Chairman, Michael Tokarz, to cast your vote in accordance with your directions, or alternatively, designating another Class A Member who you are confident will be in attendance at the Annual Membership Meeting to cast such vote.
The only item on the Agenda for the 2016 Annual Membership Meeting scheduled to be voted on by the Class A Members is the re-election of PEPA's Class I and Class III directors to staggered terms of office. The bios of each of the directors standing for re-election may be viewed on PEPA's website. Michael Tokarz, Chairman will also give an update on PEPA's activities.
Immediately after the conclusion of the Annual Meeting of the Members, there will be a Town Hall Meeting. Thomas Schwarz, President of Purchase College will address the proposed senior residences at the college. Our local County Legislator David B. Gelfarb, will also be present to update members on the proposal to modify the Terminal Use Agreement at the Westchester County Airport.
