Meeting Notice: Harrison Town Planning Board to Discuss Applications

The Harrison Town Planning Board has an upcoming meeting on Tuesday, March 24 @ 7:30 pm, Harrison Municipal Building, One Heinemann Place, Harrison, NY.

There are several applications before the Board that PEPA is concerned about including:

103-105 CORPORATE PARK DRIVE — 103-105 Corporate Park Drive, Block 621, Lot 3 — Petition for Zoning Amendment, Site Plan Review, Special Exception Use Permit, Steep Slopes Review, SEQR Review, Public Hearing

Corporate Park Drive Multifamily Residential Complex Application Comments raises many concerns. Harris Beach, PLLC together with PEPA's consulting firm, The Louis Berger Group, Inc. ("Louis Berger"), recently submitted letters with comments and concerns for the Planning Board as it relates to 103-105 Corporate Park Drive's (the "Developer" or "Applicant") proposed plan to construct 421 multifamily residential units on the site.

The focus of both of these letters was to provide the "Planning Board" with comments regarding its recommendation on the Proposed Amendment and what you should recommend to the Town/Village of Harrison Town Board before the Town Board takes any action.
