The Village of Rye Brook is holding a public hearing on November 22, 2011 at 7:30 p.m., at Village Hall, 938 King Street, Rye Brook, NY to consider the Bowman Avenue application. PEPA will attend. We are seek more information; including how this plan will affect other municipalities, including Harrison. PEPA contacted the Town/Village of Harrison (TVH) about the Bowman Avenue project and a concerned official informed us that a letter has been sent to the applicants that said "since the water channel in question is the dividing line between the City of Rye and Harrison, permits are required, and the applicants must go before the TVH Planning Board to secure them."
