Stop WJWW from Destructive Building in the Protected Watershed on Airport Property

Westchester Joint Water Works is moving ahead to remove over 6 acres of forest and build a massive plant when they do not own the land they propose to build on. The land is currently a green space at the Westchester County Airport and subject to a “land swap” or land sale that would need to be approved by the Westchester County Board of Legislators (BOL) and the matter is currengly under thier review. PEPA does not oppose the consteuctionofthe Plant. Instead we are asking WJWW to build on landthey already own that is outside of the Kenisco watershed.
