The event is free and open to PEPA Members. Please join your neighbors for this community gathering to meet the County Executive, ask questions and discuss community issues that matter to you.

You can complete your Membership form online. Also, don’t forget to RSVP to our Annual Meeting, Wednesday, June 27, 2016, at 6:00 PM. Simply us an email to let us know.

Dear PEPA member,

This letter serves as written notice of PEPA's 2018 Annual Membership Meeting to be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at 6:00 PM at the Manhattanville College Castle 2900 Purchase St., Purchase, NY. In anticipation of the upcoming Annual Membership Meeting, it is very important that you notify PEPA which membership class you prefer. To do so, access and print the Membership Designation Form.

Please indicate whether you desire to be a Class A Member or a Class B Member and return the form to PEPA via US MAIL as soon as possible. If you elect Class A Member status, your Membership Designation Form must be accompanied by a payment made payable to Purchase Environmental Protective Association, Inc. Any current Member who fails to submit a Membership Designation Card will be classified as a Class B Member.
The current PEPA membership has two (2) classes, a voting class, and a non-voting class, as follows:

Class A Members: Class A Members will have the right to vote on the election of PEPA's Board of Directors and other matters requiring the approval of PEPA's Membership in accordance with PEPA's Bylaws and the New York Not-for-Profit Corporation Law. Class A Members will be required to pay annual dues at a rate fixed by the Board each year. For 2018, the Board of Directors has set the annual dues amount for membership as a Class A Member at $100.00. If you choose to complete the form online a prompt will direct, you to a window for online payment.
Class B Members: Other than not having the right to vote at Membership meetings, Class B Members have the same rights as the Class A Members (e.g., the right to receive PEPA's newsletter, periodic alerts, and the right to attend membership meetings and other PEPA events). Class B Members are not required to pay annual dues to retain or obtain Class B membership status.

We strongly encourage all Members to attend the June 27, 2018, Annual Membership Meeting in person. If, however, you are a Class A Member who will not be able to attend the Annual Membership Meeting in person, we strongly urge you to participate in the membership meeting by casting your vote by proxy by downloading the proxy form.

Again, we ask that you please complete the forms online. However, if you prefer, you may also print the Membership Designation & Proxy forms, complete and return with a check if you selected Membership Class A to PEPA (Purchase Environmental Protective Association) via U.S. Mail.
